Parcels Are Insured At No Cost To Yourself Or Your Customers, But We Need You Cooperation In The Event The Parcel You Received Is Damaged Box, Extensively Ripped Box, You Must Clearly Accept The Parcel But Sign As Parcel Damaged Also Try To Explain If There Is An Option On The Paperwork Or The Screen Of The Signature Machine Provided By The Delivery Driver. Don't Forget We Need To Know This As Soon As Conveniently Possible.

Exceptional Charges
If We Deliver To Your Customer But Are Not Available Our Courier Will Advice Via Email / Text Message / Calling Card If Applicable. If The Delivery Fails Or Delivery Is Refused, We Reserve The Right To Request That , Postage  Costs Are Paid By The Customer (Vendor), Also Admin Fee Will Be Applied Upon Refunding The Order.

Advice For Your Customers
Whether You Or A Member Of Your Family Awaiting For The Parcel To Arrive Must Be Aware To Check The Parcel Check Externally For Any Damages That May Have Been Caused In Transit. In The Event Of A Damaged Parcel You Must Sign As Unchecked Damaged Parcel, This Is For Insurance Reasons That Will Benefit You And Us, If You Fail To Check Your Parcel Externally Any Claims Of Transit Damage Will Take Longer To Investigate Than Normal. You Must Accept The Parcel And Contact Us As Soon As Conveniently Possible.

Please check your parcel(s) on delivery, externally and internally and report any damage(s) to us within 5 days. Failure to report damage(s) within this time period may result in chargeable replacement or spare parts.
